The OEDM500 is a compact direct-drive permanent-magnet synchronous motor engineered for 3.5-ton light-duty trucks and airport ground towing tractors. With a rated power of 60 kW (120 kW peak) and a rated torque of 300 Nm (500 Nm peak), it achieves a maximum rotational speed of 5,000 rpm. Its cylindrical envelope of Φ355 × 350 mm and a total mass of only 93 kg make it one of the lightest units in the DM lineup, allowing straightforward OEM integration into space-constrained drivetrains. The high peak-to-rated power ratio (2:1) ensures strong launch torque for airport maneuvering while maintaining efficient continuous operation during light-haul distribution runs.
