Der OCH330 wurde speziell f\u00fcr die anspruchsvollsten Anwendungen im Schwerlastbereich entwickelt: elektrische Sattelzugmaschinen von 32\u201349 t, Betonmischer und Kipper, die auf gemischten Fahrstrecken aus befestigten Stra\u00dfen und Vorortgebieten mit Steigungen von bis zu 30% und einer dauerhaften \u00dcberlastung von bis zu 60 t eingesetzt werden. Bei einer Gleichspannung von 610 VDC liefert er 330 kW Nennleistung \/ 450 kW Spitzenleistung bei einem Nenndrehmoment von 1 500 Nm und einem Spitzendrehmoment von 2 800 Nm bei bis zu 3 500 U\/min, untergebracht in einem Geh\u00e4use mit den Abmessungen \u03a6440 \u00d7 630 mm und einem Gewicht von 300 kg. Um bei diesem Drehmoment und dieser Leistung einen Wirkungsgrad von \u226597% zu erreichen, ist ein sorgf\u00e4ltiges Management der Rotor-Eisenverluste durch hochwertige, verlustarme Siliziumstahlbleche und pr\u00e4zise versetzte Rotorschlitze erforderlich, um harmonische Drehmomentwelligkeiten zu unterdr\u00fccken. Das nach IP68 abgedichtete Geh\u00e4use \u00fcbersteht ein Eintauchen in 2 m Tiefe f\u00fcr 72 Stunden \u2013 entscheidend f\u00fcr den Einsatz im Schwerlast-Logistikbetrieb im Freien.
