E-Powertrain System for Beach Buggy Delivered to Turkey

We just successfully completed the whole e-powertrain system delivery for the Turkish company’s beach buggy and sightseeing vehicle projects!

This wasn’t just a product shipment; it was a perfect demonstration of our ability to provide customers with complete electric drive solutions. These two different small electric vehicles, off-road vehicle on beach and sightseeing vehicle, require two completely different systems, each with unique specifications.

What challenges Brogen has met

Notably, when the project entered production, the customer requested a “dual-mode driving”, upgrading the single power output to two drive modes: economy and sport. This adjustment posed significant challenges to both the system architecture and the production line’s cadence.

Faced with this requirement, our engineering team, leveraging their extensive technical expertise, efficiently restructured the system’s control strategy and communication protocol without impacting the project’s main progress. We also verified the power performance parameters in two drive modes through dedicated bench testing. Finally, through remote collaboration, the prototype vehicle was commissioned, successfully meeting this specific customer requirement.

Seeing the customer’s technical team give us a thumbs-up on-site, we were even more convinced that a true partner not only provides high-quality products but also possesses the engineering expertise to adapt to changing needs.
