approached Brogen to support the electrification of a 10-ton class wheel loader used in quarry, port logistics, and urban infrastructure projects.<\/p><p data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"1276\">The customer aimed to replace the original diesel powertrain with a fully electric drive system capable of maintaining the same bucket capacity, breakout force, and operating efficiency while significantly reducing fuel consumption and local emissions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48cb540 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"48cb540\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1663\" Wheel loaders operate under repeated peak torque demand, harsh environmental conditions, and continuous hydraulic load cycles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-915141a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"915141a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">High Peak Torque Requirement<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-513c876 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"513c876\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3463\" data-end=\"3704\">Wheel loaders require extremely high torque during bucket breakout and loaded hill starts.
