Los PHEV, EREV, BEV y FCEV requieren carga externa, por lo que necesitan un cargador de a bordo (OBC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funci\u00f3n de cargador a bordo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El OBC, tambi\u00e9n conocido como cargador de CA, es un componente crucial del sistema de carga lenta de los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. Puede funcionar con corriente monof\u00e1sica o trif\u00e1sica y suministrar hasta 22 kW para la carga r\u00e1pida. Esto garantiza que se cumplan los requisitos de carga de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estructura externa de la OBC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El OBC se conecta al puerto de carga lenta y a la caja de control de alto voltaje. Se comunica con la VCU y el BMS. La clavija A es la salida negativa y la clavija B es la salida positiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(2) Terminal de entrada de CA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este terminal se conecta al puerto de carga lenta. La clavija 1 enlaza con la L (fase de CA), la clavija 2 con la N (neutro), la clavija 3 con la PE (masa), la clavija 4 no se utiliza, la clavija 5 con la CC (confirmaci\u00f3n de carga) y la clavija 6 con la CP (piloto de control).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(3) Ventilador de refrigeraci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la carga a alta corriente y larga duraci\u00f3n, el OBC genera calor. Para evitar da\u00f1os, reduce la corriente de carga si la refrigeraci\u00f3n es inadecuada. Los OBC suelen utilizar refrigeraci\u00f3n por aire, mientras que los cargadores integrados pueden utilizar refrigeraci\u00f3n por agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principio del circuito OBC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(1) Proceso de conversi\u00f3n de tensi\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El OBC convierte 220 V de CA en una tensi\u00f3n de CC estable, luego en CA de alta frecuencia y, por \u00faltimo, en la tensi\u00f3n de carga de CC adecuada.
