Brogen OE3800NB is an 11.5-tonne single-motor water-cooled integrated electric drive axle developed for sanitation vehicles and coaches requiring dependable performance, high efficiency, and low-maintenance operation.

It integrates a high-speed water-cooled PMSM rated at 120 kW continuous power and 240 kW peak power, delivering up to 36,810 N·m wheel-end torque for heavy-load urban service applications. The motor provides 190 N·m rated torque, 500 N·m peak torque, and operates at speeds up to 12,000 rpm.

An optimized two-speed gearbox (83.66 / 21.39) improves drivetrain efficiency across stop-start city duty cycles and higher-speed intercity operations. The platform also supports an optional integrated PTO for refuse collection hydraulics and auxiliary equipment systems.
