The OCH330 is purpose-built for the most demanding heavy-commercial applications: 32–49 T electric tractors, concrete mixers, and tipper trucks operating on mixed hardened-road / suburban duty cycles with grades up to 30% and sustained overloading to 60 T. From a 610 VDC source, it delivers 330 kW rated / 450 kW peak with 1 500 Nm rated and 2 800 Nm peak torque at up to 3 500 rpm, housed in a Φ440×630 mm, 300 kg casing. Achieving ≥97% efficiency at this torque and power level requires meticulous management of rotor iron losses through premium low-loss silicon-steel lamination and precision skewed rotor slots to suppress harmonic torque ripple. The IP68-rated sealed housing survives 2 m/72 h submersion — critical for outdoor heavy-logistics operations. A high-coercivity NdFeB magnet grade resistant to demagnetization at elevated temperatures ensures sustained peak-torque availability during long uphill climbs, while adaptive condition control prevents thermal runaway under sustained overload.
