Brogen OESTEA9000Z is a two-speed electric drive axle designed for 4.5–10T medium-duty logistics vehicles. Its dual-ratio gearbox (22.6:1 low / 10.0:1 high, optional 12.96:1) delivers strong low-speed torque for hauling while maintaining efficient highway cruising up to 120 km/h.
The axle features a hybrid housing structure combining hydroformed steel (110×120×9.6) and cast iron sections (110×120×12), balancing strength and weight optimization. A 100/185 kW motor (rated/peak) with up to 12,000 rpm ensures responsive performance across varying load conditions.
Equipped with an air brake system and dual 7,800 N·m chamber brakes, it provides reliable stopping power under full load. Maintenance-free hubs across all variants further reduce lifecycle maintenance costs and improve fleet efficiency.
