{"id":735,"date":"2024-08-27T07:28:43","date_gmt":"2024-08-27T07:28:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.brogenmotors.com\/?p=735"},"modified":"2026-04-27T03:59:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T03:59:08","slug":"desafios-da-tecnologia-dos-motores-de-fluxo-axial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.brogenmotors.com\/pt\/challenges-of-axial-flux-motor-technology\/","title":{"rendered":"Avan\u00e7os e desafios na tecnologia de motores de fluxo axial para ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devido \u00e0s caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas dos motores de fluxo axial \u2014 como estrutura compacta, plana e ultrafina, tamanho reduzido, peso leve e alta densidade de pot\u00eancia \u2014, muitos desenvolvedores t\u00eam se empenhado em aprimorar essa tecnologia na \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, tornando-a gradualmente adequada para novos cen\u00e1rios de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, como motocicletas el\u00e9tricas, c\u00e1psulas de aeroporto, caminh\u00f5es de carga, ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos e at\u00e9 mesmo aeronaves el\u00e9tricas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O projeto de um novo motor de fluxo axial normalmente melhora a densidade de torque em mais de <strong>30%<\/strong> em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o projeto de um motor de fluxo radial tradicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os principais focos de pesquisa (ou seja, tend\u00eancias t\u00e9cnicas) para esse tipo de motor no campo dos ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos s\u00e3o: aumentar a efici\u00eancia, reduzir custos, promover a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas e melhorar o desempenho em termos de ru\u00eddo, vibra\u00e7\u00e3o e dureza (NVH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A inova\u00e7\u00e3o da tecnologia dos motores de fluxo axial reside principalmente no projeto estrutural e j\u00e1 superou, em grande parte, as principais barreiras tecnol\u00f3gicas relacionadas ao gerenciamento t\u00e9rmico, aos materiais avan\u00e7ados e aos processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o em s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desafios enfrentados pela tecnologia de fluxo axial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embora os motores de fluxo axial apresentem vantagens t\u00e9cnicas, ap\u00f3s anos de pesquisa t\u00e9cnica, a ind\u00fastria dominou o princ\u00edpio de funcionamento dos novos motores de fluxo axial e, basicamente, alcan\u00e7ou avan\u00e7os nas principais tecnologias relacionadas \u00e0 configura\u00e7\u00e3o e ao projeto estrutural, ao projeto de desempenho eletromagn\u00e9tico, ao projeto de desempenho t\u00e9rmico, \u00e0 calibra\u00e7\u00e3o e ao desenvolvimento de estrat\u00e9gias de controle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brogenmotors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/\u5546\u7528\u8f66\u8f74\u5411\u78c1\u901a\u7535\u673a1-1024x700.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-622\" style=\"width:632px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o generalizada levar\u00e1 algum tempo at\u00e9 que seja poss\u00edvel implement\u00e1-la em grande escala, e \u00e9 preciso superar uma s\u00e9rie de desafios t\u00e9cnicos relacionados ao projeto e \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Equipamentos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o ainda em fase inicial de desenvolvimento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devido \u00e0 falta de ac\u00famulo de pesquisas, o setor possui um conhecimento limitado sobre os m\u00e9todos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de motores de fluxo axial; os equipamentos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o s\u00e3o f\u00e1ceis de obter e a cadeia industrial ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 totalmente desenvolvida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Altos requisitos de precis\u00e3o na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os motores axiais devem manter um entreferro uniforme entre o rotor e o estator, pois a for\u00e7a magn\u00e9tica \u00e9 muito maior do que a dos motores de fluxo radial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Considerando que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 dif\u00edcil ajustar a folga de ar durante a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o do motor, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio controlar com precis\u00e3o as toler\u00e2ncias de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o dos componentes-chave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Dificuldades no gerenciamento t\u00e9rmico e no projeto t\u00e9rmico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O motor de fluxo axial adota uma estrutura em sandu\u00edche. O estator intermedi\u00e1rio do motor de fluxo axial de rotor duplo e o rotor intermedi\u00e1rio do motor de fluxo axial de estator duplo apresentam dificuldade para dissipar o calor. Al\u00e9m disso, devido \u00e0s caracter\u00edsticas de alta pot\u00eancia espec\u00edfica do motor de fluxo axial, a capacidade t\u00e9rmica tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 muito pequena, o que leva a problemas de aquecimento extremamente graves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio adotar novos m\u00e9todos de dissipa\u00e7\u00e3o de calor, como resfriamento por imers\u00e3o em \u00f3leo, resfriamento composto por \u00f3leo e \u00e1gua, resfriamento por nitrog\u00eanio l\u00edquido e resfriamento por material de mudan\u00e7a de fase, al\u00e9m de projetar estruturas de resfriamento e veda\u00e7\u00e3o extremamente complexas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Materiais e processos complexos geram custos elevados<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No caso dos motores de fluxo radial, o custo dos \u00edm\u00e3s, do a\u00e7o ao sil\u00edcio, do cobre e das pe\u00e7as estruturais, bem como o custo do processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o em massa, j\u00e1 foram reconhecidos pelo setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No entanto, o setor n\u00e3o possui conhecimento suficiente sobre os novos materiais e processos utilizados no novo motor de fluxo axial. Embora seja poss\u00edvel reduzir os custos com investimento em P&amp;D, o baixo grau de maturidade da industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o, o alto custo e a grande incerteza quanto aos custos s\u00e3o os maiores obst\u00e1culos \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o em massa do novo motor de fluxo axial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aplicado a supercarros de ponta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por exemplo, os supercarros suecos Koenigsegg Regera e Hongqi S9 s\u00e3o equipados com tr\u00eas motores fornecidos pela YASA MOTORS, dos quais dois motores YASA 750 est\u00e3o localizados nos eixos esquerdo e direito do eixo traseiro para acionar diretamente as rodas, e o outro motor YA-SA 400 est\u00e1 localizado na parte dianteira do motor e conectado ao virabrequim para complementar a pot\u00eancia do motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"539\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brogenmotors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/koenigsegg-regera.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-737\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.brogenmotors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/koenigsegg-regera.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.brogenmotors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/koenigsegg-regera-18x9.jpg 18w, https:\/\/www.brogenmotors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/koenigsegg-regera-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.brogenmotors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/koenigsegg-regera-768x404.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em 22 de julho de 2021, a Mercedes-Benz anunciou oficialmente seu novo plano estrat\u00e9gico de eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com o plano, a Mercedes-Benz lan\u00e7ar\u00e1 tr\u00eas novas arquiteturas de ve\u00edculos totalmente el\u00e9tricos em 2025. A Mercedes-Benz abranger\u00e1 todos os autom\u00f3veis de passageiros de m\u00e9dio e grande porte e estabelecer\u00e1 um sistema modular escal\u00e1vel como espinha dorsal do futuro portf\u00f3lio de produtos el\u00e9tricos. Ser\u00e1 uma plataforma dedicada a ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos de alto desempenho, oferecendo solu\u00e7\u00f5es para os modelos Mercedes-AMG voltados para tecnologia e desempenho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A VAN.EA oferece suporte para vans el\u00e9tricas e ve\u00edculos comerciais leves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao mesmo tempo, a Mercedes-Benz anunciou a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da YASA, uma empresa especializada em tecnologia de propuls\u00e3o el\u00e9trica de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o. A YASA tornou-se uma subsidi\u00e1ria integral da Mercedes-Benz e fornecer\u00e1 motores el\u00e9tricos para a plataforma totalmente el\u00e9trica da Mercedes-Benz, buscando redefinir o desempenho de dire\u00e7\u00e3o do futuro com motores el\u00e9tricos de maior densidade de pot\u00eancia e torque cont\u00ednuo.
