Os PHEVs, EREVs, BEVs e FCEVs requerem recarga externa, o que torna necess\u00e1rio um carregador de bordo (OBC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fun\u00e7\u00e3o de carregador integrado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O OBC, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como carregador CA, \u00e9 um componente essencial do sistema de carregamento lento para ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos. Ele \u00e9 compat\u00edvel com alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o monof\u00e1sica ou trif\u00e1sica, fornecendo at\u00e9 22 kW para carregamento r\u00e1pido. Isso garante que os requisitos de carregamento da bateria de pot\u00eancia sejam atendidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estrutura externa do OBC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O OBC se conecta \u00e0 porta de recarga lenta e \u00e0 caixa de controle de alta tens\u00e3o. Ele se comunica com o VCU e o BMS. O pino A \u00e9 a sa\u00edda negativa e o pino B \u00e9 a sa\u00edda positiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(2) Terminal de entrada de CA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este terminal se conecta \u00e0 porta de carregamento lento. O pino 1 se conecta ao L (fase CA), o pino 2 ao N (neutro), o pino 3 ao PE (aterramento), o pino 4 n\u00e3o \u00e9 utilizado, o pino 5 ao CC (confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de carregamento) e o pino 6 ao CP (piloto de controle).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(3) Ventilador de resfriamento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante o carregamento com alta corrente e longa dura\u00e7\u00e3o, o OBC gera calor. Para evitar danos, ele reduz a corrente de carregamento caso o resfriamento seja insuficiente. Os OBCs geralmente utilizam resfriamento a ar, enquanto os carregadores integrados podem utilizar resfriamento a \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Princ\u00edpio do Circuito OBC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(1) Processo de convers\u00e3o de tens\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O OBC converte 220 V CA em uma tens\u00e3o CC est\u00e1vel, depois em CA de alta frequ\u00eancia e, por fim, na tens\u00e3o CC adequada para o carregamento.
