Brogen Heavy Truck Electric Axle BG-eAxle-OEEA3800N

Brogen OEEA3800N is a high-power single-motor oil-cooled integrated electric drive axle engineered for demanding 11.5–16 tonne heavy truck applications.

It features a high-output oil-cooled PMSM rated at 200 kW continuous power and 300 kW peak power, delivering up to 38,483 N·m wheel-end torque for extreme heavy-load performance. The oil-cooling system enables sustained high-power operation without thermal derating, even under intensive duty cycles. The motor provides 200 N·m rated torque, 440 N·m peak torque, and operates at speeds up to 13,000 rpm.

Supporting both 600 VDC and 800 VDC architectures, the platform is compatible with current and next-generation heavy-duty vehicle systems. An optional integrated PTO further expands application flexibility for crane trucks, concrete mixers, and other auxiliary-driven commercial vehicles.
