The BROGEN 2-in-1 Series integrates an onboard charger (OBC) and DC-DC converter into a single compact, liquid-cooled housing, reducing system complexity, installation space, and overall vehicle weight. Designed for a wide range of electric vehicle applications, the integrated architecture simplifies power management while improving system efficiency and reliability.

The OBC delivers 3.3–6.6 kW charging power with a 200–450 Vdc output range, while the DC-DC converter provides 1.5–2.5 kW output and continuous current capability up to 180 A to support vehicle auxiliary systems. Featuring CAN communication for seamless integration with BMS and VCU systems, the series enables real-time monitoring and parameter configuration.

With IP67 protection, a lightweight design of 5.5–9.5 kg, an operating temperature range of −40°C to +85°C, and optional AECQ-certified automotive-grade components, the BROGEN 2-in-1 Series delivers a compact and reliable power conversion solution for modern electric mobility platforms.
