Brogen OEC1100K is a 9-tonne independent-suspension hub-reduction electric drive axle developed for 8–9 m low-floor electric city buses. It features dual 90 kW PMSMs delivering up to 6,142 N·m output torque for smooth and responsive urban operation.
Designed with independent suspension and a 4-airbag air suspension system, the axle enhances ride comfort, vehicle stability, and passenger experience. Its steering-capable architecture supports tighter turning radii and easier chassis integration for city bus platforms.
The OEC1100K operates on a 540 VDC system with a fixed 17.55 gear ratio and supports 305/70R22.5 tyres. Equipped with pneumatic disc brakes, ethylene glycol water cooling, and IP68-rated protection, it is engineered for reliable, high-frequency public transit applications.
