OEDM4300, Brogen'in otobüs motoru yelpazesinin zirvesini temsil eder ve 230 kW nominal / 400 kW tepe gücü ve 2.100 Nm nominal / 4.300 Nm tepe torku üretir - DM kataloğundaki herhangi bir otobüs uygulamasında en yüksek. Maksimum hız 3.000 rpm'dir. Motor Φ512 × 603 mm kabuk içine yerleştirilmiştir ve daha yüksek bir hız-tork dengesi için optimize edilmiş farklı bir sargı konfigürasyonu sayesinde 325 kg ağırlığındadır. OEDM4300, 400 kW azami güçle, tam yüklü 18 metrelik körüklü bir yolcu otobüsünü herhangi bir aktarma organı yardımı olmadan dik şehir içi eğimlerde yukarı itebilir.
