BG-AUX-EPS-LIGHT is a light-duty Electric Power Steering (EPS) rack series that includes multiple column-assist and pinion-assist configurations for commercial and specialty vehicle applications. Designed around a common DC12V architecture, the series supports light electric vehicles, pickups, utility vehicles, autonomous platforms, and driverless UTVs.
The series combines compact packaging, efficient electric steering assistance, and flexible integration options to accommodate different vehicle layouts and steering requirements. Depending on the configuration, steering output ranges from 54–61 N·m assist torque to 4–7 kN rack force, enabling OEMs to select the appropriate steering solution without redesigning the overall electrical architecture.
With support for ADAS integration, autonomous driving functions, and outdoor-duty applications, BG-AUX-EPS-LIGHT provides a scalable steering platform for next-generation light commercial and low-speed electric vehicles.
