Brogen OEEP5A is a parallel-axis integrated electric steering axle designed for front-drive and all-wheel-drive commercial EV platforms. Developed for 4.5-tonne logistics vans and 5–6 m mini buses, the OEEP5A combines propulsion and steering functions into a compact integrated system.
The axle integrates steering knuckle geometry with electric drive functionality, allowing the wheel ends to transmit torque while maintaining steering articulation. This configuration supports advanced EV chassis layouts while improving drivetrain integration efficiency.
Powered by a 115 kW peak motor with dual-voltage compatibility, the OEEP5A delivers up to 5,400 Nm wheel-end torque through a single-speed reduction system. The platform is optimized for front-axle applications and supports hydraulic disc braking for stable urban driving performance.
With compact packaging, steering integration, and AWD compatibility, the OEEP5A is well suited for next-generation electric logistics vehicles and urban shuttle platforms.
