Information

Brogen OEEA1400KB is a 10-tonne low-floor portal hub-reduction electric drive axle engineered for 8–10 m electric city buses. Its portal axle design raises the axle beam above the wheel centres, creating a wide 770 mm low-floor aisle for improved passenger accessibility and urban transit efficiency.

The axle integrates dual PMSMs rated at 60 kW each, delivering up to 120 kW peak power and 7,784 N·m maximum output torque per side for smooth and reliable city operation. Built on a 600 VDC architecture, the system improves drivetrain efficiency while reducing cable losses.

Equipped with 22.5-inch pneumatic disc brakes, the OEEA1400KB provides stable and durable braking performance for high-frequency public transit applications.
