Brogen OEEP6 is a coaxial integrated electric drive axle engineered for 4.5-tonne logistics vans, urban delivery vehicles, and 5–6 m mini buses. Designed for compact commercial EV platforms, the OEEP6 combines efficient packaging, reliable torque delivery, and broad platform compatibility for urban mobility applications.
Its coaxial integrated architecture aligns the motor directly with the axle centerline, reducing drivetrain complexity while optimizing chassis layout and space utilization. The cast axle housing provides strong structural rigidity with competitive weight performance, making the system suitable for high-frequency city operation.
The integrated motor supports both 360 V and 540 V battery systems, enabling flexible integration across multiple EV platforms. With up to 130 kW peak power and 5,700 Nm maximum wheel-end torque through a 16.5 reduction ratio, the OEEP6 delivers strong low-speed traction and smooth acceleration under full payload conditions.
The axle supports hydraulic or pneumatic disc brake configurations and offers optional maintenance-free hub units to reduce service requirements and improve operational uptime.
