The Brogen 30–32kWh LFP Standard Battery (KW105 / JK105 Series) is a high-performance medium-voltage energy system designed for electric buses, trucks, and demanding commercial EV platforms. Built with advanced Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) chemistry, it delivers strong thermal stability, high safety performance, and long operational lifespan under continuous heavy-duty use.

Supporting a flexible medium-voltage architecture from 102.4V to 307.2V, the system is compatible with multiple drivetrain configurations, making it suitable for OEM platforms requiring scalable and standardized battery integration across different vehicle types.

With IP67–IP69 protection, the system is engineered for extreme operating environments, including high-pressure water exposure, dust-heavy conditions, and outdoor industrial use. It also supports PTC heating and liquid cooling options, ensuring stable performance from -30°C to 60°C across different climate conditions.

Its 32.256kWh high-energy modular design balances energy density (~140–150 Wh/kg) with structural durability, making it ideal for high-uptime commercial fleets that require reliability, safety, and reduced lifecycle cost.

FAQs

FAQs

What software support do you provide? Can you support communication protocol customization?

We can integrate your custom CAN protocol into our controllers or modify the base software to meet your system requirements. For customers without a protocol, a standard one is available. Online support is provided after delivery, including assistance with full-vehicle debugging.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no strict MOQ for standard battery packs. We support both prototype development and large-scale production, aiming to accommodate EV builders at any stage of their project.

Can I purchase a battery pack for my personal vehicle?

Our battery systems are designed exclusively for OEMs and commercial EV projects. They are not intended for retrofitting or personal use in existing passenger vehicles.

Can you develop a battery system based on my specific requirements?

Yes. We follow a process of requirement analysis, feasibility evaluation, engineering coordination, proposal & quotation, and project development. We work closely with your engineering team to ensure the solution meets your specifications.

Do your battery systems have certifications?

Some battery products already hold relevant certifications. For specific markets or projects, we can provide supporting documentation and assist in obtaining the necessary approvals to comply with local regulations.

Can I purchase just the PDU separately?

The PDU is usually integrated into the full battery system and not sold alone. Depending on the project, some components, such as cells, modules, packs, or BTMS, may be available individually after evaluation.

Where have your battery systems been exported to?

Our battery systems have been supplied to EV manufacturers in Australia, the United States, Türkiye, Chile, India, Germany, South Korea, and other international markets.
