The Brogen 27–28kWh LFP Battery is a medium-voltage energy system engineered for electric buses, logistics fleets, and high-duty commercial EV platforms. It is built on Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) chemistry, delivering inherent thermal stability, strong safety characteristics, and long operational lifespan under continuous load conditions.

Unlike standard low-voltage packs, this system supports a multi-voltage architecture ranging from 102.4V up to 307.2V, enabling flexible integration across different drivetrain designs, including bus platforms and high-load utility vehicles. This allows OEMs to streamline platform development while maintaining compatibility across multiple vehicle configurations.

The system is designed for real-world commercial environments, featuring IP67–IP68 sealing and compatibility with PTC heating and liquid cooling solutions. It maintains stable operation from -30°C to 60°C, ensuring reliability in both cold-chain logistics and high-temperature outdoor conditions.

With a high-capacity 27–28kWh modular structure, the system balances energy density (~140–150 Wh/kg) with mechanical robustness, making it suitable for applications requiring longer range, higher uptime, and reduced lifecycle cost in commercial operations.

FAQs

FAQs

What software support do you provide? Can you support communication protocol customization?

We can integrate your custom CAN protocol into our controllers or modify the base software to meet your system requirements. For customers without a protocol, a standard one is available. Online support is provided after delivery, including assistance with full-vehicle debugging.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no strict MOQ for standard battery packs. We support both prototype development and large-scale production, aiming to accommodate EV builders at any stage of their project.

Can I purchase a battery pack for my personal vehicle?

Our battery systems are designed exclusively for OEMs and commercial EV projects. They are not intended for retrofitting or personal use in existing passenger vehicles.

Can you develop a battery system based on my specific requirements?

Yes. We follow a process of requirement analysis, feasibility evaluation, engineering coordination, proposal & quotation, and project development. We work closely with your engineering team to ensure the solution meets your specifications.

Do your battery systems have certifications?

Some battery products already hold relevant certifications. For specific markets or projects, we can provide supporting documentation and assist in obtaining the necessary approvals to comply with local regulations.

Can I purchase just the PDU separately?

The PDU is usually integrated into the full battery system and not sold alone. Depending on the project, some components, such as cells, modules, packs, or BTMS, may be available individually after evaluation.

Where have your battery systems been exported to?

Our battery systems have been supplied to EV manufacturers in Australia, the United States, Türkiye, Chile, India, Germany, South Korea, and other international markets.
