Brogen OEEP13 is a heavy-duty coaxial integrated electric drive axle designed for 8–8.5 m city buses and urban transit vehicles. Developed for demanding public transportation duty cycles, the OEEP13 combines high wheel-end torque, durable axle construction, and efficient electric propulsion in a compact integrated package.
The axle utilizes a stamped-and-welded housing structure that provides an excellent balance between strength, durability, and weight optimization for medium-duty bus platforms. Its 540 V motor system delivers up to 150 kW peak power and 13,000 Nm maximum axle torque through a high-reduction single-speed drivetrain, supporting frequent stop-and-go operation under full passenger loads.
The wider track dimensions and heavy-duty wheel-end configuration are optimized for standard city bus chassis architectures, while the pneumatic disc braking system enhances braking consistency and operational safety in urban environments.
Designed for reliability, efficiency, and long service life, the OEEP13 is well suited for modern electric transit bus platforms requiring high torque density and stable continuous operation.
