Brogen OESTEA40000Pro is Lvkon’s next-generation flagship heavy-duty electric drive axle platform, developed for high-performance freight and tractor applications requiring high torque density, reduced system weight, and improved drivetrain efficiency. The platform is available in multiple configurations ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 N·m wheel-end output torque, with both 13T and 16T axle load variants.

A major focus of the Pro platform is lightweight optimization. With a target assembly weight of approximately 890 kg, it significantly reduces overall axle weight compared with previous-generation 1.6-series products, helping improve payload capacity and vehicle efficiency.

The platform adopts advanced flat-wire motor technology across all variants, with motor configurations including 150/270 kW, 166/320 kW, and 220/320 kW options. Depending on application requirements, the axle supports both 600A and 800A inverter systems, along with oil-cooled or water-cooled thermal management solutions for sustained high-load operation.

Two gearbox ratio groups are available to match different vehicle duty cycles. Group A (47.3 / 15.5) prioritizes climbing capability and heavy-load traction, while Group B (41.7 / 13.1) is optimized for higher-speed freight efficiency and highway operation.

The OESTEA40000Pro platform also features maintenance-free hubs as standard, with optional differential lock and PTO functions for vocational and specialized commercial vehicle applications.
