The LFP Liquid-Cooled Battery Pack series comprises two models purpose-built for commercial EVs in climates with extreme temperature swings. Multi-sided heat dissipation contacts cells on multiple faces simultaneously, increasing cooling efficiency by 30% over single-sided designs. Both models, OEKW304-LC (115.2 V / 35.02 kWh) and OEKW230-LC (153.6 V / 35.328 kWh), share the 1060 x 630 x 240 mm form factor and weigh approximately 225 to 226 kg.
The temperature control system delivers up to 0.3 °C/min heating with self-circulating temperature-differential balancing for consistent cell temperatures during both charging and driving. The winter insulation design cuts heat loss from the pack, reducing temperature drop rate by 35% and preserving range in sub-zero conditions. Both models are rated IP68 and support 250 A or 1 C charge rates.
