The LFP High-Energy Battery Pack series delivers energy density above 155 Wh/kg, reaching up to 164.5 Wh/kg in the 230 Ah configuration. Seven models span 23 kWh to 35 kWh, utilizing 173 Ah, 230 Ah, and 304 Ah LFP cells in 1P30S to 1P63S configurations.
The series is built on a unified water-cooled aluminium-profile welded structure with an unequal-wall-thickness cooling plate, reducing thermal module mass to approximately 11 kg. Cell-to-pack utilization exceeds 91%, optimizing energy density within a compact footprint.
All models are rated IP68/69 or IP69, and operate across −30°C to +60°C. Three standardized form factors—C (1060 × 630 × 240 mm), G (950 × 630 × 245 mm), and B (820 × 630 × 245 mm)—support integration across large, medium, and compact commercial vehicle platforms. The architecture also supports cascade recycling and direct second-life applications at end of life.
