The BROGEN 3-in-1 Series integrates an onboard charger (OBC), DC-DC converter, and power distribution unit (PDU) into a single compact assembly, simplifying vehicle architecture while reducing installation space, weight, and wiring complexity. Designed for electric vehicle applications, the highly integrated solution improves power management efficiency and streamlines system integration.

The series offers OBC power ratings from 6.6 kW to 11 kW with support for both single-phase and three-phase AC input configurations. The integrated DC-DC converter delivers up to 180 A continuous output to supply vehicle auxiliary systems, while the built-in PDU consolidates key high-voltage power distribution functions within a compact package. Selected variants also feature bidirectional V2G capability, enabling energy transfer between the vehicle and the grid.

Featuring advanced liquid cooling, IP67 protection, and real-time CAN communication with BMS and VCU systems, the BROGEN 3-in-1 Series ensures reliable operation in demanding environments. Designed to withstand harsh operating conditions from −40°C to +85°C, it provides a compact and efficient power conversion solution for modern electric mobility platforms.
