Brogen OEEP5is a parallel-axis integrated electric drive axle developed for 4.5-tonne logistics vans, urban delivery vehicles, and 5–6 m mini buses. Compared with coaxial architectures, the OEEP5 adopts a parallel-axis layout to achieve a more compact motor envelope and flexible chassis integration.
The axle features a hydroformed housing structure that improves strength consistency and fatigue durability while helping reduce overall system weight. Two motor configurations are available, allowing OEMs to optimize the platform for either cost-sensitive urban logistics applications or higher-performance operating conditions.
Supporting both 360 V and 540 V battery systems, the OEEP5 delivers up to 5,400 Nm wheel-end torque through a single-speed reduction system. The platform also supports both hydraulic and pneumatic disc brake configurations for broader vehicle compatibility.
Designed for compact packaging, efficient power delivery, and commercial-duty reliability, the OEEP5 is suitable for modern electric logistics and urban passenger transport platforms.
