Brogen OESTEA45000Z is a flagship dual-motor four-speed electric drive axle engineered for 4×2 heavy tractor applications requiring extreme tractive effort and high drivetrain flexibility. Delivering up to 45,000 N·m of combined wheel-end torque, it ranks among the highest-output e-axle systems in its class for heavy-duty commercial EV platforms.
The axle features two independent motor and gearbox units integrated into a single reinforced cast iron housing. This dual-motor architecture allows each motor to operate in different gear ratios simultaneously, enabling optimized torque distribution and a significantly wider effective operating range compared with conventional single-motor systems.
Available motor configurations include 190/310 kW ×2 or 163/240 kW ×2 depending on vehicle performance requirements. The system is designed around a 600V platform while also supporting next-generation 800V vehicle architectures for improved efficiency and charging capability.
The OESTEA45000Z is specifically optimized for 4×2 tractor configurations where maximum pulling capability is required with fewer driven axles.
