Brogen Blade Battery Pack es un sistema de energía de alto voltaje de nueva generación diseñado para vehículos eléctricos de pasajeros y plataformas comerciales de alto rendimiento. Basado en la avanzada química del fosfato de litio e hierro (LFP) con arquitectura de celdas blade, ofrece una seguridad, eficiencia estructural y capacidad de largo alcance excepcionales.

Con un rango de energía del sistema de 75,89 kWh a 131,99 kWh, esta plataforma está diseñada para una mayor autonomía de conducción y demandas de energía de alta capacidad. El diseño de la célula blade mejora el aprovechamiento del espacio y la estabilidad térmica, reduciendo el riesgo y aumentando la eficiencia global del pack.

Con una arquitectura de alto voltaje de 335,8 V a 622,64 V, el sistema está optimizado para las modernas transmisiones de los vehículos eléctricos, lo que permite una mayor potencia de salida, una mayor eficiencia y compatibilidad con los sistemas de carga rápida.

La batería dispone de refrigeración líquida combinada con la función de calentamiento, lo que garantiza un rendimiento estable con cargas elevadas y en condiciones de temperatura extremas, desde -30 °C hasta 60 °C. Con protección IP67-IP68, está diseñada para durar en entornos reales.

What software support do you provide? Can you support communication protocol customization?

We can integrate your custom CAN protocol into our controllers or modify the base software to meet your system requirements. For customers without a protocol, a standard one is available. Online support is provided after delivery, including assistance with full-vehicle debugging.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no strict MOQ for standard battery packs. We support both prototype development and large-scale production, aiming to accommodate EV builders at any stage of their project.

Can I purchase a battery pack for my personal vehicle?

Our battery systems are designed exclusively for OEMs and commercial EV projects. They are not intended for retrofitting or personal use in existing passenger vehicles.

Can you develop a battery system based on my specific requirements?

Yes. We follow a process of requirement analysis, feasibility evaluation, engineering coordination, proposal & quotation, and project development. We work closely with your engineering team to ensure the solution meets your specifications.

Do your battery systems have certifications?

Some battery products already hold relevant certifications. For specific markets or projects, we can provide supporting documentation and assist in obtaining the necessary approvals to comply with local regulations.

Can I purchase just the PDU separately?

The PDU is usually integrated into the full battery system and not sold alone. Depending on the project, some components, such as cells, modules, packs, or BTMS, may be available individually after evaluation.

Where have your battery systems been exported to?

Our battery systems have been supplied to EV manufacturers in Australia, the United States, Türkiye, Chile, India, Germany, South Korea, and other international markets.
