Brogen Airport GSE Battery (SS / AP Series) is a versatile LFP-based energy system designed for airport ground support equipment (GSE), street sweepers, and a wide range of industrial electric vehicles. Engineered for reliability and adaptability, it supports diverse operational requirements across multiple utility applications.

With a broad energy range from 5.17kWh to 70.66kWh and a wide voltage platform spanning 25.2V to 384V, the system enables flexible integration into various equipment types, from compact utility units to larger industrial vehicles.

Built on Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) chemistry, the battery ensures stable performance, strong safety characteristics, and dependable operation in continuous-use environments. Its high-capacity configurations (up to 920Ah) support long working hours and reduced charging frequency.

Designed for real-world industrial conditions, the system features IP67 protection and operates reliably from -30°C to 55°C. Optional heating solutions further enhance performance in cold environments, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

With a durable lifecycle of 2000+ cycles, the Utility / GSE Battery provides a cost-effective and low-maintenance power solution for high-utilization equipment and mission-critical operations such as airport logistics.

What software support do you provide? Can you support communication protocol customization?

We can integrate your custom CAN protocol into our controllers or modify the base software to meet your system requirements. For customers without a protocol, a standard one is available. Online support is provided after delivery, including assistance with full-vehicle debugging.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no strict MOQ for standard battery packs. We support both prototype development and large-scale production, aiming to accommodate EV builders at any stage of their project.

Can I purchase a battery pack for my personal vehicle?

Our battery systems are designed exclusively for OEMs and commercial EV projects. They are not intended for retrofitting or personal use in existing passenger vehicles.

Can you develop a battery system based on my specific requirements?

Yes. We follow a process of requirement analysis, feasibility evaluation, engineering coordination, proposal & quotation, and project development. We work closely with your engineering team to ensure the solution meets your specifications.

Do your battery systems have certifications?

Some battery products already hold relevant certifications. For specific markets or projects, we can provide supporting documentation and assist in obtaining the necessary approvals to comply with local regulations.

Can I purchase just the PDU separately?

The PDU is usually integrated into the full battery system and not sold alone. Depending on the project, some components, such as cells, modules, packs, or BTMS, may be available individually after evaluation.

Where have your battery systems been exported to?

Our battery systems have been supplied to EV manufacturers in Australia, the United States, Türkiye, Chile, India, Germany, South Korea, and other international markets.
