Brogen Blade Battery Pack is a next-generation high-voltage energy system designed for passenger electric vehicles and high-performance commercial platforms. Built on advanced Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) chemistry with blade cell architecture, it delivers exceptional safety, structural efficiency, and long-range capability.

With a system energy range of 75.89kWh to 131.99kWh, this platform is engineered for extended driving range and high-capacity energy demands. The blade cell design improves space utilization and enhances thermal stability, reducing risk while increasing overall pack efficiency.

Supporting a high-voltage architecture from 335.8V to 622.64V, the system is optimized for modern EV drivetrains, enabling higher power output, improved efficiency, and compatibility with fast-charging systems.

The battery features liquid cooling combined with heating functionality, ensuring stable performance under high load and across extreme temperature conditions from -30°C to 60°C. With IP67–IP68 protection, it is designed for durability in real-world environments.

With energy density up to 182 Wh/kg and 4000+ cycle life, the Blade Battery Pack offers a powerful combination of range, safety, and long-term reliability, making it ideal for demanding commercial applications.

For lower-voltage standardised box formats, see the LFP Standard Battery Pack series. For platform-specific packs, see the Vehicle-Specific Battery Pack.

FAQs

FAQs

What software support do you provide? Can you support communication protocol customization?

We can integrate your custom CAN protocol into our controllers or modify the base software to meet your system requirements. For customers without a protocol, a standard one is available. Online support is provided after delivery, including assistance with full-vehicle debugging.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no strict MOQ for standard battery packs. We support both prototype development and large-scale production, aiming to accommodate EV builders at any stage of their project.

Can I purchase a battery pack for my personal vehicle?

Our battery systems are designed exclusively for OEMs and commercial EV projects. They are not intended for retrofitting or personal use in existing passenger vehicles.

Can you develop a battery system based on my specific requirements?

Yes. We follow a process of requirement analysis, feasibility evaluation, engineering coordination, proposal & quotation, and project development. We work closely with your engineering team to ensure the solution meets your specifications.

Do your battery systems have certifications?

Some battery products already hold relevant certifications. For specific markets or projects, we can provide supporting documentation and assist in obtaining the necessary approvals to comply with local regulations.

Can I purchase just the PDU separately?

The PDU is usually integrated into the full battery system and not sold alone. Depending on the project, some components, such as cells, modules, packs, or BTMS, may be available individually after evaluation.

Where have your battery systems been exported to?

Our battery systems have been supplied to EV manufacturers in Australia, the United States, Türkiye, Chile, India, Germany, South Korea, and other international markets.
