Brogen EV Battery Pack (OELT / OEHT / OELG Series) is a vehicle-grade integrated energy system designed for light trucks, heavy-duty trucks, and logistics vehicles. Engineered for OEM platform integration, it provides a scalable and flexible solution across a wide range of commercial EV applications.

With a system energy range from 29kWh to 81kWh and a broad voltage architecture spanning 76.8V to 540V, the platform supports diverse drivetrain configurations, enabling manufacturers to standardize battery solutions across multiple vehicle classes while maintaining performance flexibility.

The system supports both Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) and optional NMC chemistry, allowing optimization for safety, cost, or energy density depending on application requirements. Combined with natural or liquid cooling options, it ensures stable performance across varying duty cycles and operating conditions.

Designed for real-world vehicle environments, the battery features IP67–IP69 protection and operates reliably from -30°C to 60°C. With up to 4200 cycles of durability, it is built for long-term commercial use, reducing maintenance frequency and total cost of ownership.

Its large-format structural design (up to 2235 mm length) enables seamless chassis integration, making it an ideal solution for OEMs seeking a robust, adaptable, and high-performance EV battery platform.

FAQs

FAQs

What software support do you provide? Can you support communication protocol customization?

We can integrate your custom CAN protocol into our controllers or modify the base software to meet your system requirements. For customers without a protocol, a standard one is available. Online support is provided after delivery, including assistance with full-vehicle debugging.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no strict MOQ for standard battery packs. We support both prototype development and large-scale production, aiming to accommodate EV builders at any stage of their project.

Can I purchase a battery pack for my personal vehicle?

Our battery systems are designed exclusively for OEMs and commercial EV projects. They are not intended for retrofitting or personal use in existing passenger vehicles.

Can you develop a battery system based on my specific requirements?

Yes. We follow a process of requirement analysis, feasibility evaluation, engineering coordination, proposal & quotation, and project development. We work closely with your engineering team to ensure the solution meets your specifications.

Do your battery systems have certifications?

Some battery products already hold relevant certifications. For specific markets or projects, we can provide supporting documentation and assist in obtaining the necessary approvals to comply with local regulations.

Can I purchase just the PDU separately?

The PDU is usually integrated into the full battery system and not sold alone. Depending on the project, some components, such as cells, modules, packs, or BTMS, may be available individually after evaluation.

Where have your battery systems been exported to?

Our battery systems have been supplied to EV manufacturers in Australia, the United States, Türkiye, Chile, India, Germany, South Korea, and other international markets.
