Brogen OEEA5000NC is a high-performance dual-motor oil-cooled integrated distributed electric drive axle designed for 10–13 tonne heavy-duty trucks in long-haul and intensive multi-cycle operations.
It adopts two oil-cooled PMSMs, each rated at 200 kW continuous and 300 kW peak power, delivering up to 22,397–25,740 N·m wheel-end torque per side. The advanced oil-cooling system maintains stable high-power output and prevents thermal derating under sustained heavy-load, hilly, and frequent stop-start conditions.
The platform supports both 600 VDC and 800 VDC architectures for flexible vehicle integration, and offers an optional integrated PTO for auxiliary power take-off and special-purpose truck applications.
