The Marine Battery System series provides complete LFP power solutions for electric and hybrid vessels, from individual modules to containerized power plants. The series includes four product sub-series tailored to vessel scale and certification requirements:

Standard Battery Strings: CCS type-approved, 15 voltage/capacity configurations, 384–864 VDC
DNV/BV Type-Approval Battery Strings: LF280K cells, 241.92 kWh (1P270S) and 1,935.36 kWh (8P270S), 864 VDC
High-C-Rate Modules and Strings: LF125P cells, up to 3 C charge/discharge, 115.92 kWh per string at 927.36 VDC
Marine Power Battery Containers: 20-ft enclosure, 1,048–1,935 kWh, multiple voltage configurations

All units feature C5-class anticorrosion enclosures suitable for inland river and open-ocean environments. Liquid cooling and heating are standard across the range. Each system integrates a BMS with CAN/RS485 communication, explosion-proof breather valves, fire and leakage detection, and buzzer alarms. Containerized formats support parallel connection for multi-MWh installations, battery-swapping O&M workflows, and port shore power compatibility.

Project references include passenger ferries (2,240 kWh), pure electric bulk carriers (3,700 kWh), cruise ships (3,400 kWh), tugboats (5,161 kWh), and electric container ships (7,800 kWh). For land-based industrial applications, see the AGV and Industrial Battery Pack series.

What software support do you provide? Can you support communication protocol customization?

We can integrate your custom CAN protocol into our controllers or modify the base software to meet your system requirements. For customers without a protocol, a standard one is available. Online support is provided after delivery, including assistance with full-vehicle debugging.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no strict MOQ for standard battery packs. We support both prototype development and large-scale production, aiming to accommodate EV builders at any stage of their project.

Can I purchase a battery pack for my personal vehicle?

Our battery systems are designed exclusively for OEMs and commercial EV projects. They are not intended for retrofitting or personal use in existing passenger vehicles.

Can you develop a battery system based on my specific requirements?

Yes. We follow a process of requirement analysis, feasibility evaluation, engineering coordination, proposal & quotation, and project development. We work closely with your engineering team to ensure the solution meets your specifications.

Do your battery systems have certifications?

Some battery products already hold relevant certifications. For specific markets or projects, we can provide supporting documentation and assist in obtaining the necessary approvals to comply with local regulations.

Can I purchase just the PDU separately?

The PDU is usually integrated into the full battery system and not sold alone. Depending on the project, some components, such as cells, modules, packs, or BTMS, may be available individually after evaluation.

Where have your battery systems been exported to?

Our battery systems have been supplied to EV manufacturers in Australia, the United States, Türkiye, Chile, India, Germany, South Korea, and other international markets.
