Brogen OESTEA42000Z is a next-generation heavy-duty electric drive axle designed for 6×4 and 4×2 freight truck applications. It combines an 800V high-voltage architecture with a four-speed gearbox to deliver up to 42,000 N·m wheel-end torque for demanding heavy-load operations.
The axle is powered by a 210/400 kW motor with up to 700 N·m peak torque. Its oil-water composite cooling system improves thermal performance and supports higher continuous power output under long-duty-cycle conditions.
A four-speed transmission with ratios of 71.0, 38.0, 20.0, and 10.7 provides strong low-speed traction while maintaining efficient highway cruising up to 120 km/h. This wide ratio coverage helps optimize drivetrain efficiency across different load and road conditions.
Built for durability, the OESTEA42000Z features a reinforced heavy-duty structure with a total assembly weight of approximately 1000 kg including leaf-spring accessories. Optional differential lock and PTO functions further expand its capability for vocational and specialized vehicle applications.
