Brogen OESTEA14000Z is a heavy-duty two-speed electric drive axle designed for 12T–18T GVW specialty vehicles and logistics trucks. Built on an 8T axle platform, it delivers 14,000 N·m wheel-end torque through a two-speed gearbox with 25.23:1 low-speed and 12.96:1 high-speed ratios, providing strong climbing capability and efficient highway operation.
The axle features a reinforced cast and stamped-welded housing structure (134×126×12) for high durability and load capacity. A 120/240 kW motor with up to 540 N·m peak torque ensures responsive acceleration and reliable full-load performance.
Its heavy-duty φ360×160 drum brake system delivers up to 2×13,000 N·m braking torque at 0.8 MPa for stable braking under demanding operating conditions. Three wheel track options and a maintenance-free hub design support flexible vehicle integration while reducing fleet maintenance requirements.
