The 5-in-1 modular design integrates the IC engine, ECU, generator, GCU, and RCU with wiring harnesses, enabling rapid EV integration with minimal engineering effort.

Two generator output control modes — constant voltage and constant power (with load following) — provide precise energy management tailored to both stop-go urban driving patterns and sustained highway operation. Power battery protection logic automatically transitions to load-following mode when battery SOC drops below 5% or temperature falls below -20°C, safeguarding the battery pack and extending its service life.
