The OEMA100F scales our flat-wire motor platform to the 8–10 m city-bus segment, delivering 100 kW rated / 200 kW peak power and a class-leading 500 Nm peak torque from a relatively compact 66 kg, Φ266×316 mm package. Like all motors in the F-series, it employs hairpin stator windings with high slot-fill ratio, advanced silicon-steel and high-coercivity NdFeB lamination materials, and proprietary low-loss bearings and oil seals — enabling a 90% high-efficiency zone (≥90% efficiency) covering over 93% of typical drive cycles. The anti-condensation fully sealed housing with integrated swash water and exclusion rings ensures IP68 class protection, and the adaptive condition-sensing control extends insulation life to match the vehicle’s full 20-year service horizon. A patented accelerated life-test methodology validates these longevity claims under real-world duty cycles.
