Brogen OESTEA26000Z is a next-generation heavy-duty two-speed electric drive axle designed for 6×4 tractor-trailer and 4×2 heavy freight applications requiring high torque output, durability, and versatile operating capability. With a 13T axle load rating, it delivers up to 25,778 N·m of wheel-end torque through an ultra-wide two-speed gearbox, combining strong low-speed pulling force with efficient high-speed cruising up to 120 km/h.
The axle is powered by a 150/252 kW (rated/peak) motor producing up to 550 N·m of torque and operating at speeds up to 9,000 rpm, ensuring stable performance under heavy-load and long-distance freight conditions. The wide ratio spread of 46.8:1 low and 13.2:1 high enables excellent gradeability while maintaining highway efficiency.
Built with a reinforced cast iron housing, the OESTEA26000Z is engineered for high structural strength and long-term durability in demanding commercial environments. Its braking system supports 22.5-inch disc brakes with optional drum configurations, delivering up to 2×18,000 N·m braking torque for reliable stopping performance under full load.
Optional differential lock and power take-off (PTO) functions extend the axle’s applicability into construction, municipal, and specialized vocational vehicle segments.
