Brogen‘s 13 Ton Heavy Truck e-Axle Fearures
This electric drive axle is Brogen’s star product, mainly suitable for heavy vehicles over 13 tons, such as tractors, heavy trucks and big coaches.
Brogen’s 13 Ton distributed electric drive axle features a dual-motor structure integrated with an advanced gear – shifting control strategy. This integration ensures continuous power during gear – shifting, thereby making vehicle driving safer.
It can achieve a weight reduction of 300 kg for the entire vehicle and improve the vehicle’s loading quality.
The integrated design saves chassis space, enabling the bottom layout of the power battery, and reduce the occupation of cargo volume. At the same time, the center of gravity of the entire vehicle is lower, which leads to a lower risk of rollover during steering, better driving stability, and handling.
The maximum output torque of a single axle is 50,000 Nm, providing abundant power. It is most suitable for 4×2 tractors. Through 1 million load – bearing reliability tests with 2.5 times the impact, the load – bearing safety factor is higher.
Equipped with ASR (anti – slip driving) function, it enhances wetland grip and prevents vehicle tailspin. It allows for stable starting on rainy and snowy slippery roads, making vehicle driving safer.
